Their aim is to raise awareness among children, young people and adults about protecting our nature and to show them that everyone can make a positive contribution through their actions.

Her favorite sightings include sightings of pretty or interesting beetles.

Sergio Tringale

Project Manager Ticino / Graubünden

sergio.tringale@arbeitssatz.ch

Sergio has been a member of arbeitseinsatz.ch since 2024 and is involved in environmental education in Ticino and Graubünden. After completing a master's degree in sustainability, he completed two internships as a team leader at two environmental protection associations, which allowed him to deepen his relationship with nature. In the process, he discovered his passion for building dry stone walls.

He enjoys spending time outdoors, has always gone to the mountains with his family and enjoys handicrafts. He likes to imagine other, alternative and more sustainable worlds... something he does regularly with his friends during their role-playing games.

Silvana Sachs

project manager

silvana.sachs@arbeitssatz.ch

Silvana joined the team in February 2024. For many years she has been gaining experience working with children and young people, either in her free time or as a secondary school teacher.

Due to her enthusiasm for extracurricular learning environments, she completed a further master's degree in the field of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and was able to specialize in environmental education.

She is convinced that learning in nature has many advantages and contributes to responsible behavior.

Silvana loves to spend her free time in the mountains and lets herself be enchanted by nature.

In his free time, Simon is not only a man of words, but also a passionate recycled wood artist. When he's not in the workshop, you can find Simon on the dance floor, swinging his hips to Latin American rhythms or playing capoeira.

Annina Quast

project employee & operations manager

annina.quast@arbeitssatz.ch

Annina Quast completed her bachelor's degree in geography in summer 2022 and is now studying for a master's degree in human geography and sustainability at LMU Munich. Annina's interest in nature was awakened as a child: attending the forest kindergarten and the forest school sparked her enthusiasm for the forest and its inhabitants. Her studies increased her interest, so that today Annina loves to go hiking in the mountains or climbing directly on the rock face.

Her enthusiasm for processes in nature and passing on her knowledge of the environment and the idea of active nature conservation are some of her dreams and goals. As an intern in the field of environmental education at Naturnetz, she is gaining important experience and is making a contribution to making future generations aware of the beauty of nature and the importance of protecting it.

Branco Rath

operations manager

branco.rath@arbeitseinsatz.ch

Branco Rath has been supporting us since 2023, first as an intern and now as operations manager in environmental education. He always has a helping hand free. Not very typical for this profession, he completed an apprenticeship as an aircraft mechanic. After that, however, he was drawn to nature conservation via community service. Through his more than one year of work for the nature network, he acquired a good basic knowledge of nature conservation, which he is now using to make his professional career a little greener. As an avid mountaineer and nature enthusiast, a dream came true for him when he took up the position with us. "The education of our children is the most sustainable nature conservation there is."

Tabea Wobmann

operations manager

tabea.wobmann@naturnetz.ch

Tabea Wobmann has been supporting us as operations manager since the 2023 season. In 2022, she was already able to get a taste of the work as an intern at the Naturnetz arbeitseinsatz.ch association.

After studying geography and German, she is now working for the Naturnetz association with community service volunteers as a mission leader for nature. As a snowboard instructor and in her work at a camp, she already has a lot of experience with children and young people. Tabea loves collecting memories, such as the first rays of sunshine on a foggy autumn morning. She will also never forget the encounter with a fox that leisurely strolled past her at a distance of two meters.

Paolo Maggini

Project Manager Graubünden

paolo.maggini@naturnetz.ch

Paolo Maggini heads the branch of Naturnetz Graubünden and is responsible for our local projects.

Even during his studies in geography and social sciences, he was committed to promoting ecological and social sustainability. His theoretical knowledge is complemented by his practical experience from his youth and his work with the Naturnetz association. These valuable experiences flow into his projects every day.

Paolo loves autumn and would love to transform himself into animals and plants to better connect with them and understand their perspective on the world.

David Rast

operations manager

david.rast@arbeitseinsatz.ch

David Rast has been supporting our team as operations manager since the 2023 season.

In his free time, David can usually be found outside, and he especially loves sleeping outside. In autumn, he goes to our forests to collect chestnuts or to marvel at the variety of shapes and colours of our mushrooms.

David is part of the night owl team because he loves twilight and the animals of the night. But the early bird can also count on him sometimes, but not to catch worms because David keeps them in the vegetable garden.

Regula Kofler

operations manager

regula.kofler@arbeitssatz.ch

Regula Kofler has been supporting our team as operations manager since the 2023 season. She is looking forward to working with the participants in nature.

Working in and with nature and combining this with education is very important to her. This was already the case in her previous professional fields. She went on weekly expeditions in the forest with her kindergarten class.

Regula is not only found outside for work, but also in her free time she is active in the fresh air. Empathy and humor are important to Regula and this is exactly what she radiates with her open and witty manner.

Nina Cramer

operations manager

nina.cramer@arbeitseinsatz.ch

Nina Cramer has been working for arbeitseinsatz.ch since 2021, first as an intern and since 2022 as operations manager.

Nina completed her degree in environmental sciences at ETH Zurich and then gained her first environmental education experience at the Goldau Nature and Animal Park. Nina would like to observe herself for a day and would therefore like to swap places with someone from her environment. If you go out with Nina, you might get to know her favorite edible plants. In spring, she likes to snack on sorrel or young beech leaves.
